Update on Iranian Pastor Yousef Nadarkhani

Copy of the Supreme Court Ruling

As of September 30, 2011 the mainstream media FINALLY started to report on Yousef's case in America. Additionally, a petition was put out for people to sign to get the White House to make an official statment- and they did!

Now as October arrives, there have been reports that the charges of Apostasy are being changed to rape, extortion, security crimes & now Zionsim! As if THAT weren't enough, Iran is going after 11 other Christians threatening THEM with death sentences too if they don't 'repent' either!!!

Now folks let me inform you that Yousef is not the only victim of Iran's lack of Human Rights. Through this ENTIRE TRIAL, Yousef's Lawyer, Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, faces charges of campaigning against Islam & the regime because he's a human rights lawyer!

“I have been charged with “being a co-founder of the Defenders of Human Rights Center,” “acting against national security,” and “propagating against the regime,” and issued bail orders of $70,000, but I don’t have any court dates for either of my cases,” Dadkhah said about his new charges.

Continue to pray not just for Yousef & his family, but for his lawyer- who is moving forward in support of fair human treamtment while being attacked:

Lawyer Mohammad Ali Dadkhah, co-founder and spokesperson for the Defenders of Human Rights Center (DHRC), was sentenced by Branch 15 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court on 3 July, to nine years in prison, a ten year ban from teaching in universities, a ten year ban from practicing as an attorney, $300 in fines, and five lashes. Dadkhah’s charges were, “cooperation in the soft overthrow of the regime,” “propaganda against the regime,” “interviews with some media outlets,” “distortion of members of the regime,” “dark portrayal of the state of cultural heritage,” and “compiling the book ‘Writing and Reporting’”, which was published by the DHRC.
